Because I won't be able to pay a high enough service fee, that it can satisfy an old player at all. I'm operating on a profit margin.
"New" is a relative term, though. I think a player character 3-10 months old (in terms of skill points) would be ideal.

the only person in danger of getting scammed is you. ps just mission for the standing. takes like a week but its worth it and then you wont have to hit your margin and have the chance of getting spam, the latter being the real risk.

I've flown a lot of combat missions for Caldari Navy already. Got like 8.5 standig with them I think.
The problem is that Nurtura isn't a military corp, so they don't have any proper agents. That means I have to fly a lot of non-PVE missions, which I have little experience with.
Also, regardless of whether it is combat missions or non-cobmat missions, I foresee a lot of grinding to get from 0.0 to the 6.67 that I need to get perfect refine.
