I am interested if sentry drones (Warden t2) can achieve 150km range by using Omnidirectional tracking link and Drone scope chip rig? Are their bonuses stackable? tnx

Stackable, and also stacking nerfed. Well, at least that's what I think. Only tried scope rigs once on SiSi. Would need some pretty extensive tests shooting at something to be sure, haven't done that.
EFT "agrees" with me, but you probably knew that already.

This, but you're doing about 150 tracking independent DPS at 150km.

Afraid not, they're stacking penalized with the omnilinks, so they really don't add much.
You can do a bit better than the posts above, but... not that much, another 10-11km or so. As for actual drone control range it can go to 250km on quite a few ships.

I have not tested this too recently, but as of 05-31-2008, here were my test results from a thread on another forum:

OK, just tested this out. The rigs are stacking penalized, but they are bugged like the turret optimal range rigs and they are in a separate stack. EFT does not calculate this correctly, and puts them all in the same stack (showing you a shorter range than you would really get).
So fitting 3 rigs and 3 omni links with L4 sharpshooting will give you a combined +165.7% boost to the listed drone range. This means Warden I with 3/3 will have an optimal of about 133km, and Warden IIs should have an optimal of about 160km.
Short answer: EFT is not accurate, and as long as CCP doesn't consider the range rigs and range mods being in seperate stacks broken and fix/nerf them, it is possible.
