I wonder what' the "real issue" is here.
The fact Mittani spoke the pilots name (in-game only as I understand). [fail to see how that's a big deal]
Goons ganking in hi-sec. [it gets boring up here]
Said gankee claims to be suicidal. [don't care, suicide makes you weak; i hate weak]
CCP isn't kissing the ass of the carebears (more; miss the old days...) [don't like it L-E-A-V-E]
...probably a combination of all four.
Either way...

When does Mittens mention his name? Oh that's right, during the "Q&A". Not once is the dude's character name stated before that.
