if you have some friends, make sure to bring a vigil. it's a sweet ship to play scrambler (mwd, scrambler, webber) + 3 lows.

A punisher does a suprising amount of damage, and can do that damage from a suprising range. You can also put some serious armor on it and equip blasters for close-range fun.
Incursus is basically a taranis-lite with one fewer lowslot and lower fitting. Pretty good at smacking down other frigates.
A kestrel can still own any other non-elite frigate, so long as it comes within 10k.

I suck at frigates, I'll admit. However I like my incursus and it has a lot of potential. My 2nd acount however flies a rifter and it just owns, it's got speed ( and lot's of it ) it's got damage, it's got missiles. It's the best of all worlds.
