Long story short - everyone likes to be recognizable at the forums, and unique signature is one of the ways to achieve it.
In real-life we are professional graphic designers, you may have seen our works for example in See or Zion magazines. You could also have read our guide about grunge art in Computer Arts around March '06 and August '07. In EVE we are offering our services to you. :)
The price depends on the nature of the order but signatures cost 25-50 mil.
Maximum await time is 24 hours.
If you need something unique, unconventional or impossible to do - hire us. For routine signatures you'd better hire someone else.

Making a signature yourself is yet another way.
Heh, 'buying signatures' in another context would be criminal activity.
