Did they fix this for the patch tomorow? I didn't see it in the patch log. They did say it will be no later then the next patch right?  or did I miss it?

In the past few days, I've gotten two Perception implants from L3 combat agents. Both have been a courier mission, though. One from Caldari Navy, the other from Spacelane Patrol.

I've been doing agent kill missions for the same lvl 3 agent non-stop for 2 weeks (minimum 4 hrs a day, 13 on weekends) and have not gotten one implant. My standing with the agent is about 8.7 and with the corp (Amarr navy) is over 9.5 and still NOTHING!!! WTF!?!?!?

Change agents, or purposely fail a mission for an agent. I've had it happen before (they might have fixed it) where the agent gets stuck into a mission loop, and you can only get him out of it by failing a mission or working for someone else.

Papa Smurf said last week that the mission "Show No Mercy" would give out implants when encountered as an Important Mission.
If you get "Important Kill - Show No Mercy" and it doesn't have an implant reward, we'll know they forgot to put it in..... just like the rest of the content for today's patch (cruise launcher, 350 rail, covert ops frigs, ballistic dmg mod, missile speeds etc etc).
Unfortunately, it seems all the devs/isd are too scared to do anything but lock threads (and hopefully code the patch properly lol), but (sarcasm ON) I'm sure they'll give us a straight answer on what's going on and what's gone wrong in the morning (sarcasm OFF).
So, until I see some news from hellmar/t20/TomB/kieron/oveur/a GM etc, I won't even log on.... i'll just read the mega-laggy forums.
