Thanks to CCP for putting this game on the map, and for famously explaining just what Eve is *not* supposed to be about. Now all those Empire-hugging bears who hate, just hate, all the "griefers" they are surrounded by have a place to go! Yay!

This is a horrible misconception. Carebears don't want to be in a completely riskless world.
They want to be in a riskless section of a huge, volatile risk-full world, so that they can FEEL tough, without ever having to be in any real danger.
