i log in and the character screen comes up and i select my character and it loads the character fine, but when it should say entering space it does nothing just a black screen. i let it sit for 30min and i got a error "

i have reinstalled eve 4 times, first 2 i let the client download the patches it needs second 2 i manually downloaded them. anyone else have this problem and find a fix?
