recently got a cap ship alt going... i have now trained all learnings electronics,drones,mechanich etc etc.. V now i must choose should i go amarr or should i go gallante.... at first i thought id go amarr because their carrier has a better tank ( +1 low slot ) but now im leaning towards gallante said because the practicalaty of it is as im training for a carrier/mum i need the best drone skills i can get as gallante really cuddle their drony wonys  i thought i go there and train for a Dominix as it is sort of a drone boat to do lvl4s and save up for the carrier on the amarr side is the abaddon.... this is a caldari charachter currently my main is caldari so i really like missiles and drones and not really like`ing the turrets ( had a gallante alt who flew a brutix w/ turrets ) and the range crap etc etc... wasnt really my stuff so heres the main question- should i go gallante or amarr if you really think that Chimera or nidhoggur are better please post it and why....

Damage? or More Effective armor HP?
in a 1on1 Amarr carrier would probably win, but meh... thats not really why you use a carrier. You just want many and tough lil drones, wrecking as much havok as possible.
I think you ll enjoy gallente more, and have a smoother ride to the top, being able to do level4s with a dominix ;) (3s with a myr, 2's with a vexor)
enjoyment value to skill up that long? gallente... I wanna say I think damage is more important but, if you like being a unbeatable hulk then maybe amarr is your thing.

Archons are primaried last.
But seriously, more people should have some type of spacer in their sigs to show it's not part of the post.

Being primaried last is an interesting concept ;) 10/10 for the best oxy-moron of the week.

well no intention of dmg... i was thinking something along the lines of fueling deep 0.0 pos`es where taking haulers,freighters etc.. is a bit too dangerous and for fleet ops staying behind and helping the injured

To me the only two Carriers that really stand out, are the Gallente, and Minmatar... I've seen them in action and think those two races carriers have the best applications
Gallente: Crazy DPS, In smaller gang sized warfare, when you surprise your enemy with one of these you basically melt faces.
Minmatar: The "Healer" Carrier, bring one of these in, and keep all your buddies alive during a fight... or your main for that matter. POS put into reinforced? pull out the nidhoggur and top off those shields.
