Okay it looks alot like an abaddon, but with ammount of ships in eve and other games/movies/series it is also kinda hard to make something that doesnt look like any other one.

It is not if you do not do anything wrong.
However when that sort of investigation is going on, ISPs are often required to log traffic with that site and, sometimes, traffic from the customers that access that site.
And I know of some people having problems for something they did not do (problems solved when they proved they did nothing, but still annoying).
