Hey, what do i need else to access to serenity testserver using my accountname and pass? - And Yes, i know how to install the game! however, my username and/or password is not working.
Ok, the other topic is about my API Key. how do i access to the Image? I get all the information i wanted but the Avatar wont show up.

try searchiing the forums, there is a guide from ccp on how to access the test servers, unfortunately i cant remember where it is. you need to put a switch on your shortcut to the exefile, you used to be able to select from a dropdown box, but it has been removed.

Are you actually using the API key to call API functions (specifically, the http://img.eve.is/serv.asp request as detailed by the API listings? If you're just trying to do something as a "normal internet user", rather than program something to interact with the EVE servers, then your API key has nothing to do with it...
What exactly were you trying to do, what did you expect to happen and how exactly did it fail to do this?

It may be that your character was created after the latest TQ-Sisi mirror was made. In that case you won't exist on the test server yet.
The current mirror is a couple of months old I think, and the Devs have been talking about making a fresh one recently.

There's a few things you need to do to acces the test server.
1) your account is mirrored from the Production server, so your account must have been created before the last mirror (mid-August from memory). You'll have to wait for the next mirror if this is the issue.
2) if you changed your password since the mirror, the old password will still be on the test server.
3) setup the client and patch it (you said you knew how to do this, so I won't go into detail).
