 20 mill SP in combat minimum.

Temporary API key.
References.
Prior PvP experience.
Ability to speak on Voice Comms.

although edf is pvp we do also run a nice industrial side and mining. But you do need to be able to help defend the lovely space you mine in etc.

As much as I appreciate my learned friend's bump, I want to make it clear that our industrial side is mostly made up of PvPer alts and we are not looking to expand it at this time. We are only interested in PvPers for the forseeable future.
May I also clarify that PvPers are there to PvP, not to sit there babysitting the Mining Ops. We go out, we roam, we shoot stuff and we have fun. If that's what interests you in Eve, drop by our in-game chat channel, The EDF Bar.

For a limited time only, Eve Defence Force is willing to take on and train a limited number of inexpereinced PvPers and skill you in the art of 0.0 warfare. This doesn't mean POS popping, it means operating as part of a gang and learning to successfully engage gangs with superior numbers through use of superior tactics.
All we ask is that you're able to fly a T2 fitted HAC, fly a BS and show a willingness to learn and be guided (including what to train and what not to train).
