Your storyline agent isn't a combat agent. You may consider moving to another location that allows you access to a combat storyline agent.

As far as I know storyline agents are not division related (although they are assigned to a division in their description). So you won't find any storyline agent who exclusively or with a higher rate gives you combat missions. All storyline agents (independent of division) drag randomly out of a pool of possible storyline missions.

There's a mission pool? Sure there is The storyline agent closest to my usual area of operations likes to dole out that annoying 40K m¦ cargo run 97.5% of the time. Oh, not to mention that same mission doesn't take into account that the only industrial I own holds at most 11K m¦, moves like a tub in a pure haul config, and the mission wants me to traipse 6 jumps into lowsec, just to move the first 11 crates ![Rolling Eyes](/images/icon_rolleyes.gif)

Yes, I agree. How ****ing -dare- CCP give me something other than what I'm used to and *Gasp* make me take a slight amount of risk for faction standing.
If you don't want to do the storyline then don't do it.

I actually find these missions to be more exciting sometimes than a regular combat mission. Whenever I'm flying through hostile low sec for a storyline, I'm always on the edge of my seat, checking local, being careful warping around, stetting the best course etc.. Where as in a high sec combat mission, I'm just focused on making the red +'s go away, lol.

Ignore all the troll posters with their stupid advice. My suggestion:
1) Contract me your stuff, and transfer your character(s) to me 2) Uninstall eve 3) Install X3 3a) If you're uber leet (I'm sure you are), download the walkthrough, cause you get the most gaming experience using it. 4) ??? 5) Profit
Hope this helps, you mindless brick of biomass, Rhak

that stupid mission offers the best faction gain you can get from a lvl 4 storyline. If you dont want the faction gain then dont bother doing it and no one loses any sleep, although why you wouldnt want the most amountof faction gain possiblle each time is beyond me.

Use a jump freighter, it can easily handle the cargo, reduces the time to do the mission and avoids all the hassle of interacting with other players.
The skill requirements are quite high, but they are also shared with Black Ops so are not totally wasted. You will need a second account with a recon pilot to light up the cyno for you.
It takes a bit of work but the warm, cuddly feeling you get when you woooooosh over Amanake with a cargo hold of nice stuff worth billions in total safety makes it worth the hassle.

LOL, having trouble selling your jump freighters, eh? I'd love to get one, but I wouldn't take it anywhere near Amamake. Fact is, I'm not sure I'd fly it casually in high sec either. I suppose given the time since the JF came out that it's no longer exciting to pop one just to decorate a killboard, but it is a lot of uninsured isk for a single ship (over 4 billion unless you get lucky).

I don't make JFs.

Of course not, but then again you don't have to. The great thing about JFs is that they allow you to avoid piwat blackspots.
