And russian n chinese farmers/macros/metagaming/exploting every bit they can, whats new?

Isk sellers are fairly well known to use account sharing, bots, and exploits(dupes, mainly) to get their isk. If you found one, and you petition it, you may at best get the account banned. You may also get some isk taken away from some buyers who can be traced back to the seller. Hell, you may even end up getting someone's Titan taken away if you get really lucky. Some isk buyers will be impacted. The isk sellers won't be at all. As long as they can fund an infinite pool of new accounts with GTCs purchased with isk, they'll have another one up and farming before the ink dries on your petition. CCP could stop much of it by nerfing GTC buying for isk, but then some big alliances would get a lot smaller, and the server that hosts the forums would start smoking. Bottom line, bud, is that you aren't going to make a dent in it. Be happy that rats aren't a finite resource, and if you want to you can go rat in that system and the farmer won't be able to. Don't waste your game time worrying about it.

It's a fair bet that there are alliances in the game who derive some of their power by benefiting from isk-farmers. You and I don't know that for sure, and there really isn't much we can do about it if we did. The lure of power and it's ability to corrupt human beings is well known, and isn't going anywhere. Best we can do is play our own game as we find it, and have fun, and if it isn't fun, move on to something that is.
