Pilot training takes longer than one year (if you can get in, standards are usually pretty high). Good luck though mate.

Good luck in the Airforce. If they give you the chance to go to flight school, by all means do take it. You will NEVER regret learning to fly. I sure haven't.

Hmm, by reading the web page to the military and the info on the place i'm going, it looks like they don't have F-16, or any Air Crafts there. The only thing they have there is Helicopters, like the Sea King search and rescue-helicopters (330 Sqn).
More info about it here.
But helicopters is also fun. I hope to see many ROFLCOPTERS there though.

Hehe, well i will be in MAFIA all the time when i'm in the military. But i have to see what's happening with the corp and that when i'm back.
I might join a bigger alliance when i'm back. And ofc, that will not be in any alliances who have a big nap fest and blobs like mad.

Oh damn, about the skills.
The longest skillbook i can train now is Marauders from level 4 to level 5, it will take me 48 days to do, so i'll guess i will start that before i leave.
I believe i will be able to get back into EVE to just change skills in some ways within those 48 days.
We will have wireless internet / WiFi where i will be in the military.
