All orders GONE, LOST, DISAPEARED!!!!!!

Spacel	Posted - 2008.09.19 19:49:00 - [1] I just introduced a bug report for this, here a copy paste of it: ------------------------------------------------------------ well, i'm somewhat disapointed here ... I logged in a few days ago and bought stuff... I placed orders with this stuff and checked 2 days later (today) to see how it's going.... all but one order gone! The strange thing: in the journal I can see that all orders were really placed, but the transaction log doesn't show any sold item. I lost all placed items (not expired!), didn't get any money of if, and... no trace in transaction / journal about this! H E L P ------------------------------------------------------------ Shit happens, but this one cost me a good 100M isk! if this one can't be fixed, I give up the game, cause loosing hours of searching items to buy and sell, and resulting uin such bugs.... NO n8

For me it's impossible that I did something wrong... I'm playing this since month, never had such behavior before :(

If there was a mistake with regards to the default (ie the default temporarily reverting back to 24 hours) then it is possible that you orders could have expired. I would suggest that you try using the API to see if there are any orders that are experied and pending processing at downtime.

Sometimes people try to launder bought ISK through the market buy buying/selling stuff between their alts. In this case GMs remove the items, from your hangar or sell orders, depending at what stage they caught you. If you believe this was an honest mistake then file a petition and wait for answer.

miner forty9er	Posted - 2008.09.20 10:59:00 - [15] sorry you are haveing this issue nothing constructive here to say other then I have not had this issue myself.Mean time as a person who is also a casual gamer if your going to quit the game please donate your left over stuff to someone as they might just need the leg up I ofcourse expect any such donations thanks ohhh and also if you bug report the bug that is good but also try a petition, that way a GM might be able to give the stuff back to you thanks

If the order doesn't complete (by selling all stuff) the remaining stuff will be returned into your hangar or into the deliveries if you sold for your corp. The knowledgebase says that they may be returned on the day they run out OR after downtime of the following day. This has happened to me in the past and stuff always returned after the following dt. hth
