Because I have to buy something at a rediculous markup and it ticks me off. That results in my attempting to destroy the market for someone who is/has ripped me off.
On the flip side,I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I drive the prices up significantly on something I wish to sell. It's especially rewarding if I believe that person is the same producer/trader that ticked me off by ripping me off when I went to buy that treasured little EVE item.
