There's no limit to T1 BPOs.
As long as people have cash to buy them and want to, they can.
The only "exception" is that the price might go from 90% of base BPO price to 110% of base BPO price if too many buy too much too soon, but that's the only difference.
You can keep buying T1 BPOs as long as you still have cash. They never run out for good.

That's a weird question... every T1 item should have a corresponding T1 BPO sold somewhere (for instance, mining barge BPOs are only sold in 0.0 ORE space), so all you have to do is count the number of T1 items that exist.
What exactly would be the point of knowing that anyway ?
I suppose you could just type " I blueprint" in the market search box, count that, then add the number of T1 ship types, and you got your answer.
You're going to get somewhere in the vicinity of 1000 types... I guess... seriously don't want to go ahead counting that.
