Today, a new addition was made to the EVE back story. The new EVE Chronicle spotlights STAR, the customer support branch of the Volunteer Program.

sirius i have train it since the 3rd month of eve
in beta you told us will be out in 3-4 months
i feel like the donkey with the karot infront of me but i cant reach it (karot=titans+jump drive)
ps: i miss the create wormhole when i use to beta test E&B

The art is ****in' cool by the way, but I was kinda hoping that was some sort of pistol in his hand, and he was off to go postal Bladerunner-style i.e. meet the guy, tell him he is here to help, then blast him - or something.

I think its some kind of helmet in his (my?) hand.
The Chronicle is intended to provide a kind of background to our department in ISD, if it talked about one of us going on a mad rampage it might not convey the intended message

I like the bit where he is all like "Hey man what're you doing?" and then the guy totally flips out and stabs him in the face with a spoon because he's all like.. CRAZY!! and then the guy pulls out the spoon and falls over and this guy comes in and screams out something like "JIMMY!!!!" And then it fades to black and..
...oh.. my head...

There are actually 3 Polaris frigates used by ISD, the Inspector, Centurion and the Legatus. They are issued to ISD staff based on their rank within the vol program. The Inspector is a somewhat common ship, the Centurion is used by senior members within the program and the Legatus is used by the Leads of each program.
