what skills + inplants do i need for perfect refining in the good stations?
is it enough with refining V + refining efficensy V + the 2% inplnt or do i need the specific skills too?

you'll need some positive standings to the owner of station (NPC corporation) where you are willing to refine,unless it won't be perfect with mentionned conditions

I believe you also need (as mentioned above) a positive 6.65 or higher standing with the corp that owns the refining station to achieve a 0% "we take" rate at the refinery.

refining V + refining efficensy V + the 2% inplnt will work. The specific skills can be used as an alternative to refining efficensy V if you train them up high enough. Depends on what you plan to refine in deciding between refining efficensy V and the specilized skills.
For refining tax, you need to have a standing of 6.67 with the NPC corp that owns the station.

yea i already knew about the standing thing, was more thinking about zero waste.
as i plan to reine both minerals and scrapmetal (eg modules) it is good not to have to train those skills

Refining is not the same as Reprocessing.......the skills mentioned will get you to Zero in the "We Take" section, but to reduce the "Unrecoverable" section when reprocessing Modules, your going to need the Scrapmetal skill.

In terms of refining "tax", training the Connections skill to 4 will do some good.
