i don't want ccp making my political decisions for me, mittens apologized to the guy, gave him all his ISK, apologized to the public, resigned as chair, and that was that. why was any more action warrented ? also those dev blogs we're a disgusting show of PR cowardice
i think i'm right in stating it's up to the victim to chose wether or not he wants to prosecute, which he's doesn't seem to be arsed about give the quotes that have been flying around, so what gives you the right ? you have non
i call for mittens back in CSM7

You made a decision and the outcome didn't work out in your favour. That doesn't mean you get to choose again with different options. You have to live with the consequences.
You chose a candidate, that candidate did something to get themselves removed from their position, now the next in the line of succession will take his place. |

I'm sure citizens of Germany would have said the same thing if ****** had been " asked" to step down. Your candidate screwed up, as some candidates tend to do.... he paid the price, as a representative of you; so now you pay the price.
It's fair. |

tbh i was dissapointed in him, untill he apologized and acted out of complete self-interest concerning the involved guy and concerning the position of chair, what came after that was a load of b*****ks from the un-informed community, people who never gave a t**s about the CSM before, never voted, and now claim to not want mittani as a representative, the backstabbing within the CSM, and CCP being week in the face of scary PR |

Comtroversial power figure known for militaristic tendencies and a harsh direct way of speaking is forced to resign his office amid public outcry and controversy over his own misdeeds and statements that were recorded and replayed over and over to public and press alike.

Well if CCP is so concerned about what is right...how about the fact that they are guilty by the fact that they: 1) Provided alcohol at a public even 2) Continued to serve a person visibly intoxicated 3) Failed to provide proper supervision or interfered when incident occurred 4) Endorsed the behavior from the beginning of the event.

I voted for Mittens because he's a ****. If he leads a siege on Jita after getting kicked off the CSM, he'll still be enforcing the agenda I voted for so I'll keep my vote, thanks. My killboard - http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/combat_record.php?type=player&name=Kessiaan |
