You need to kill 10 more pods then go to any concord HQ and pay for the sins you commited, the fee is 1m per +1 security status.

At -3.7, you can enter .5 and .6. At -4.0, you can't enter .6 any more, and at -5.0, you're KOS in all of empire.
If you want to enter 1.0 systems, you'll have to get it to above -2.0.

haha daumak, epic. But if you're srsly new then fair enough everyone learns from mistakes.
My idea would be to join a 0.0 corporation and live in 0.0 with them. Make sure it's a strong sort of alliance, or friends with then u can live quite nicely. Or you can become pirate, but i'd suggest you have some way of getting new ships and ISK
hope this helps

you're correct. Due to rounding and fun bugs involved with it, I would wait until I was atleast -1.94 before going back to 1.0. One of my characters is finally getting close, -3.11 now, but that's only because of how much I detest PVE in this game. How to Fail at Eve

I'm -10 could I have an alt fly a BS with smartbombs to a gate in Jita. eject and have enough time to board it and let off some bombs?

Miz used to do that and it worked fine for killing miners. You won't be hit by CONCORD straight away anyway, so it will be the navy that spawns first until you fire a smartbomb. Not sure how well the smartbombing will work after the CONCORD buffs though. Also doing this in Jita is a bit risky considering anyone could lock your ship and stop your other character getting into it. _______________

ya had not though about the ship locking issue, still worth a try imo, just for the laughs. especially if you get like 10ish battleships

Dont need to do that, just get a bm or put a alt (for warp-in) where u want to smartbomb and fly there yourself in your disco bs. Police don't scramble, they only web you

Edited by: Loc Maythan on 26/09/2008 11:48:20 Always been curious about something, and I'm not inclined to test it myself ;-) If you fire at someone, thus incurring the wrath of Concord, what happens if you cloak. I know that Concord scramble and web and damp and mace and taser etc etc, but what can/do they do against someone cloaking? I realise that Concord can lock you almost immediately, but if you fired a missile, for example, then cloaked before the missile struck ...?
Obviously, using this technique, if it works, would be classed as an exploit - avoiding Concord punishment in any way is - but just curious.

If you are wanted by the navy or CONCORD your cloaking device is unable to activate. Also firing a missile then cloaking causes the missile to do 0 damage. _______________

This is not true. The faction navy that turn up due to standings or because you are in militia do not scram. However, the navy that turn up when you are an outlaw, or even if you are only -3, jumping into a 1.0, will indeed scram you.
Edit: @Loc, you will get a message saying interference is preventing you from using that module. For example a covert ship cannot warp from gate cloak if the message flashes up that he is a criminal in that space. If you invoke a CONCORD response...they will land right on top of you and decloak you anyway, even if you manage to warp to safe and cloak

Hmm, I lost quite a bunch of noobships while moving through hisec being -10, but I didnt get scrammed as far as I could tell.
However, a friend (below -5 at that time) successfully moved a brutix he accidentially bought in hisec to lowsec by using nanofiber structures and interial stabs in lows.

I've been wondering, if ill see -5.0 sec status player at low sec gate/station. I can attack without aggroing sentry guns and does those sentry guns start shooting him when he defends himself?

If he's flashy (below -5.0) you can engage his ship or pod anywhere, and sentries will not respond.

You can shoot him without sentry intervention, he may defend himself tho once you attack him.
In general hiding behind sentries only works if he has friends with him and you dont attack those (unless they are like 5 or more ships, at that point sentry fire means nothing anyway).

I cant explain that
But I know when I was outlaw, the only way out for me was to burn back to gate in anything bigger than frigate.
If it changed since FW patch, then I am wrong, as I not been outlaw for a while. Go test it ;)
