You seem to have no problems writing dev blogs trashing a good former CSM member in my opinion yet still absolutely nothing on your incursion changes for the 24th?
You see I simply don't trust you not to frak it up anymore. We need details so we can point out the BS before it even hits sisi.

I too want to know just how bad vanguards are getting nerfed. I am going to be very disappointed if I find out the last month I spent training into a legion was all for nothing. Double nerf on vanguards seems a little excessive (time and reward) Not everyone is in highsec farming these in 3 minutes. Some of us run them in low and null where the people jumping into your site don't try to finish it first but try to finish you (omg pvp what is this).
In short what I am saying is a broad nerf to all vanguards might not be the greatest thing
High sec incursions: Nerf thes
Risk: Very Lo
Reward: Hig
Low/Null sec incursions: Nerf these but not as har
Risk: Moderate/High - depending on the activity of the syste
Reward: Hig
You don't see people walking out of low/null incursions with 900k concord lp unless the spawn is in null where a large alliance/corp holds sov. The most I have seen come out of a lowsec incursion is 300k lp |

I'll never understand why highseccers are starting to cry over a isk sink nerf when all they do is spend it in faction mods to farm more isk sink. Some people must have a small ***** in real life and need a bigger isk number I suppose. |

I still don't understand what all the fuss is about. . . .
I have not run an Incursion myself, because I don't trust random logistics pilots, but for the amount of effort needed to do sites efficiently, the rewards seem justified.
There is even a difference in rewards between high-sec and null-sec Incursions. . . .
So, anyone care to explain, or link to an explanation on why Incursions are so bad? |

I tried Star Trek Online, and don't really like the "instancing" system used, but there are somethings CCP could take inspiration from.
- Ship Interiors
- Ground Based Combat (doing it for DUST, but EVE players should get some love)
- Ship Customizations
- Weapon Firing Arcs (with a difference between Fore weapons and Aft weapons.)
- Direct control of the ship.
- MINES!
- Duty Officers (Commanding the crew of your ship to carry out specific tasks)
Anyway. . . .got me thinking. |

ship interiors would be a neat feature as part of CQ/WIS.
dust is that, pod pilots are not designed for use as grunts.
they are working on ship customizations. just a matter of waiting, they already have it in the works.
already here. notice you have 2 or even 3 guns for every weapon you mount to your ship?
no, direct control of your ship is never going to happen.
mines would be neat, but there were problems when they used it before. hey cause quite a bit of lag it sounded like.
again, would be neat to have officers, but considering the method of what pods are, I don't see them being useful. maybe crew in general though.

Matters little anyway. The Incursion Bobs of BTL and TDF will just PR it away now that I think about it.
The reason you are going to be doing these nerfs is because the Incursion community almost completely and utterly failed to give a crap when it mattered. They will only give a crap on the 24th when their 5B isk nightmare is now useless. |
