Drone Domi is just wrong. If yuo flew it you'd have to be permanently stuck to it as a pod or something, and the only way out would be to get destroyed and come back in a fresh clone. Otherwise it takes away from the horror factor.
Serpentis Domi, on the other hand, is absolutely cool, and makes a cute ship hull look quite menacing and awesome.
But yeah, I'd LOVE an EOM Apoc, even if the stats were identical to a normal Apoc or ANI.

Come to that, I think it's time that all the pirate factions shelled out for some BPOs. Tier 3 battleships and tier 2 battlecruisers - come on guys. Also where are the rat HICs? Those would be a nice surprise for the 0.0 ISK farmers

There's no EOM faction you can run missions for or kill beltrats in order to get ship BPCs. That's a shame as they could make nice tournament rewards, if there still were tournaments.
