They are by far the best skinned Amarrian vessels in existence and if they aren't available anywhere they should be. Their mission is to eradicate all living things, gotta have a bonus to all four races. Minmatar "bonus": Get rid of a turret, leave an open slot, and have 3 missile slots.

These could be from random spawns (rarer than commander spawns of other pirates) in certain regions or something. No EOM agents, unless CCP is also willing to introduce a mechanic that permanently cuts someone off from respectable space regardless of security standing. Either that, or change the description of what EOM actually is.

HOWEVER! These EOM ships are an orgasm of coolness. The pretty ones and the ugly ones need to switch ownership. Give the pretty ones to the players and the ugly ones to the NPC's.
