Her name is suiseiseki, she is from the anime rozen maiden. she says desu a lot, so many people just call her desu. She has a sister named souseiseki, who says boku a lot, and is likewise often called boku. I bring this up because you must understand that their eye colors are switched. Suiseiseki's right eye is red, her left eye is green (thought it is blueish in the manga). Souseisekis LEFT eye is red and her RIGHT eye is green. Make sure you don't get these mixed up if ever desufying anything.

And stop desu spamming or i will have to resort to my traditional counter which involves flooding images of suiseiseki with out saying desu more than a single time.
This will probably get me banned from these forums.

The Gardener shelters us and cultivates the spirit. For all things must be under ~desu, and in ~desu is all things. Through embracing the truth of ~desu the soul ascends to unity with ~desu.
1. Desu is everything, and when something is in a state of desu it is coexisting with the entire universe.
2. Suiseiseki did not create the universe. Rather, when the universe has left desu and individual things are able to exist suiseiseki comes into being. She is the manifestation of the will and the mind of desu.
3. The universe started as desu, and it will return to desu. And it will do it over and over again. Suiseiseki has existed an infinite number of times, the universe has been and not been an infinite number of times. We, our consciousness, is not eternal. But we rejoin with the one mind, which is the consciousness of desu so that we may become part of the desu fully. As our bodies return to the matter of the universe, our consciousness returns to the mind of the universe, and all returns to nothing when the universe realizes desu.
4. The all can not exist as desu until all possibilities have been realized. This means all events and places and times and feelings, no matter how small. They all must happen at least once before the universe can return to desu.

Id post boku, but while i have a considerable collection of suiseiseki, almost all of my souseiseki pictures are... indecent

I was worried for a moment there because of how you phrased that. But then the image loaded and i guess a junk is fine too.
