would implementing a system to get federate/state/tribal type ships available be impossible? perhaps have it as a perk for factional warfare... a victory point store or something. as it stands there isnt much other than glory to fight for in militias.
just a thought... id hate to have the... 2?... owners of federate issue megas strangle me for redusing the 13486 billion isk value of their ships.

Do you know how much those ships are worth?! If you could get one from faction warfare, the effort must be enourmous. Soloing two titans in a battleship... or something... kill 100 Billion Isk of uninsured enemy losses...
Be definition rare ships are valuable due to thier rarity, every one you add reduces that value

well if sum 1 has took the time to put ships into a game they should be readily available 4 all players,rarity should not come into it why not have them in lp stores like navy ships.if people want a federate issue mega 4 there collection then why shouldnt they b able to have them theres little point having content that no 1 can get access 2. |

CCP have already discussed this and rejected it. They talked about putting these items in LP stores and said no, we want them to remain rare and valuable rewards for unique achievements in EVE.
