Anyone have a link to everything that triggers an aggressive response from Concord? I know if you shoot someones can then they come, unless you are on grid or they are in your alliance? It is rules like this that I am confused on and I know if I die CCP will have no mercy on me. |

Concord will spank you, unless you are shooting a pilot in your own player-corporation, or have a legitimate war against your target.
You can't shoot non-corp alliance mates without repercussions. (found that one out the hard way ).
If a can is stolen from, that activates a 15-minute "theft" timer for the victim stolen from. (Which, if utilised, allows response fire)
You can also earn Kill Rights on pilots (allowing a one-time attack on their ship anywhere, good for 30 days) if your ship was destroyed illegally in Empire hi/lo (and without having returned fire, during that attack)
Aside from that... I think everything else earns a quick visit from Concord (including shooting StarGates/Stations). They will definitely appear at the scene of the crime; doesn't matter if they're originally ongrid or not. They'll get your ship, guarenteed.

How about if you are ganged up with someone not in your corp to do a mission and you accidentally shoot a can from a rat that you both shot at, but he got the final shot so it shows as his can? Will Concord come and destroy your ship? |

If you shoot a can that does not belong to you or to your corporation, you will trigger CONCORD.
Doing damage to any illegal target, for any reason will cause CONCORD to come and kill you.
The only legal targets are players in your Corp, objects belonging to your corp, war targets, the possessions of war targets, or players with active aggression against you or your corp, Red NPCs, and NPC pirate structures.
Inflicting any damage to any other target will result in your destruction.

The effect of gang membership on CONCORD response is simple: NONE!
CONCORD will respond the same to your actions regardless of the the parties being in a fleet or not. |

Edited by: Tharukan Desm''ar on 30/09/2008 09:08:39 Go to reset settings on warnings. You'll get a window pop up warning you of that act being potentially dangerous whenever you do it.
Voila. Problem solved.

All wrecks in missions are the property of the owner of the mission, not who killed the rat.

The crucial question here is the effect of gang membership on wreck ownership, if any. |

In highsec, the only players you can shoot without facing Concord reprisal are players in your corporation and players who you are at war with.
Alliance members or Fleet/Gang members WILL trigger Concord if you you shoot them, it also no longer has any effect if other members of your fleet are at war with someone. |

disabling all warnings because your a -10
then jumping into hi sec in your favorite machariel with 6 mins left on global timer, because of that stupid drag menu around your ship.

that could cause some peeps to be upset but not me, it made me larf |
