I am willing to put my 60 mil pvp focused SP into a corp's hands but i have had previous experience with empire pvp corps and i am looking only for one that meets some criteria!
the corp:
 good mature players that have pvp and empire war experience
voice communication and lots of group activity
WAR DECS aren't ENOUGH. the corp must have experience and intel on which corps/alliances it declares so there are plenty of targets we can hunt together
i don't care if the corp considers itself a merc corp, a pirate corp or a flying emo panda corp. as long as i don't have to get negative sec status - i don't care
players which are fun to play with, that don't have a problem with killing people over and over again until they start crying.
i repeat myself again. i don't want someone just to say "we dec 324872983478293 alliances and corps a week". i don't care. can also just be one as long as it is done with brains and i can't get bored because there's nothing going on and nothing to shoot. i've had this bad experience in privateers (great guys tho, too bad there isn't much intel+organization)
i am:
 self sufficient
i fly expensive and good ships which i don't lose often
i'm suicidal and insane but most of the times i come out alive 
i have 3 years of 0.0 experience which i am FED UP with
almost 60 mil sp's only in pvp related skills
i fly only gallente (t2 frigs are an exception, i can fly caldari and amarr ones)
15 mil sp in gunnery, with most specs at lvl 5
5 years of pewpew experience
can also fly cap ships if needed but i'd rather not
+3 GMT, EU timezone
funny, crazy, mature, and with a big headache now because i drank like a mofo yesterday

Storms you seem like an elite player.
My corp only recruite the best so if you are up for the challange hit me up in game, we are constantly fighting and work with a few other top line corperations.

heliott, please read more carefully  been in privs, nice action but very disorganised. looking for something close to perfectionism (didn't get the chance to log in yet and talk to everyone so keep them coming till i get home )

Duty. are a State alligned War dec corp - Euro TZ mostly. When we dont have an active war dec we have frequent pirate hunting ops. Fleets active nightly.
We are Empire based but also have access to 0.0 when war decs are not live or for people who need to grind ISK

I'm not here to lie, trick, or decieve you. I'm just here to tell you the facts! Then you decide what you like. I am NOT a salesman! I am jsut a CEO of a good corporation (in a worth-while alliance) that is trying to make the Corp even better.
In all honesty... I don't have any good reasons for you to join this corporation. However, I am looking for some loyal and expireneced players in eve to try to make this a great(er) corporation. The Corp has mainly been 70% Industry for the last 5 years and now is expanding its current capibilities into more corporate/alliance level PVP operations to obtain at least a 70% PVP rating!
Corps Short Term Goal:
To get 40-60 active members (not characters) in the corporation online at all times that are very active in Eve and willing to expand their own and other corporation members gameplay.
Corps Mid Term Goal:
Get the #1 spot locked-down by SKYNI on the Alliance Killboard!
Corps Long Term Goal:
Have every member flying a Rorqual, Dread, Carrier, and Freighter. The idea is to be able to opperate a 30+ man CAPITAL gang with support.
