aww...stop it your hurting my feelings.....all i wanted was an answer to my question....this hasnt been addressed since the push of it on sisi....and now all of a sudden it just not talked about anymore.....so if you dont have anything constructive to say to the question then dont reply in this thread.....im not trolling or flaming...i simply asked a legitimate question that deserves a legitimate answer....

he isnt a cyno alt, just another pvp alt.
and it wont be a nerf against minmatar just speed in general...the vaga will still go faster than ceptor's.
