About the Corp
The corporation was formed nearly 12 months ago. It was formed by one of my best friends in RL. Me and my friend went into production together massively producing T2 modules and ships and selling them to customers or on the open market.
Business Plan
What I intend to do is setup up an Empire POS chain to research Capital and Ship BPOs. I will be buying BPOs off the NPC market or if I see fit buying them cheap from sellers from the forums or any of my connections, only if I think we can get a big enough profit out of them. As well as researching I will be producing BPCs and selling them on the open market so that we can get a side pot income from that also and that will help keep the Corporation Liquidated.
The BPOs that have been researched will be sold for 300 û 400 Million profits, if any less then I would not have bought the BPO in the first place. Capital BPOs do take a while to research, so that is why researching Non Capital Ships and Components will be our Primary Objective.
If this goes to plan, then in the future I will look at expanding the business plan into other areas, areas such as producing a couple of researched BPOs, maybe even producing Capital ships at low prices to our investors and/or on the market for a larger profit. (This is still in planning period)
At the moment I have invested some money in to this plan, I got some BPOs on the cheap. If more people wish to invest in the Corporation then I am happy to sell some of the shares that I personally own.

Bit confused from the document.
Are you claiming:
1. To pay out 36M per 100M bond every month (36% ROI)
or
2. Pay out 36M total dividend on the 100M bond after 90 days (12% ROI)?

Few questions here,
1. Have you ever run an IPO before? 2. Have you ever run a store or service before in any capacity? 3. Since many of the BPO's your researching already are sold researched to 30/30 or 3/1 for NPC cost quite frequently what makes you think you'll be able to find clients that will pay these markups? 4. Do you have any forum presence at all anywhere, at any time with any other corp. This might not be important but I've seen many people that at least have some 'renown' before trying this. 5. Do you have any security at all for this project with any of the banks? 6. Since your looking for a massive outlay of isk (21 billion) do you have anyone that will vouch for you besides your 'real life friend that you persuaded to come back to eve' 7. Not sure if I saw it listed anywhere but you list your income as partly from moons and partly from POS management. Does this mean your counting the lab production twice? Or are you also producing tech 2 on the side as well? 8. You mention your 'PvP contacts' incase you get wardecced. Will you state who they are and will they confirm you know them, even if this is in private to one of the Bank controllers. 9. I see your going to be selling BPO's and BPC's mainly, so I'm not sure where your profit numbers are coming from. Do you have other BPO's your going to be copying and selling the prints from or are you counting on the prints to research THEN copying them while you wait to sell? 10. I *think* I see you mention "non capital ships and components will be our primary ojbective while their researching". However it isn't clear can you clarify?
I don't mean to rip your IPO down, but these are questions anyone would ask from the same perspective. I won't say anything until I see your answers but there's alot of info lacking that I hope you can bring to light.
Yes, the 12% rate of return is nice. But it borders right on the 'yeah, it's so high lets get some people to invest quick and get away' wagon. This is NOT a condemnation or recommendation for this IPO. I'd just like these questions answered and non of the 'vets' on this forum have mentioned these questions yet.

In Response to Kara's post;
1. No public IPO's, but I have run investments before for friends, some of whom are in the PVP corp that wishes to remain anonymous and have already contributed
2. See above
3. I have many connections within the eve market community. Furthermore, I will be using BPO's I am quite certain will sell for more than market value. And to continue, BPO researching is not the only source of income, so even if I'm wrong on this, profits will still flow.
4. Not really. I've been doing my own thing and running my own corp for some time now.
5. There is no security at present, although I am considering contacts with ebank to see those possibilities.
6. I will see if I can get some of my friends to post in my defense. Most wish to remain anonymous, so I am not certain of that. However, I think the numbers speak for themselves.
7. My income does come partially from moon mining operations. I don't think I added it twice, but please let me know if you think I did. Tech2 production is an option, but is not part of my firm plans at the moment.
8. I will not state who my PVP defense contacts are, for obvious security reasons. They do not wish to let it be known they are associated unless it is absolutely necessary.
9. For details on the profit-making mechanisms, please re-read the PDF. I will be selling bpc's, researching bpo's, and selling bpo's.
10. I will not limit the program to capital ships and components, because that would be putting all of my (and the investor's) eggs in one basket. The move to non-capital ships and components is a way of hedging my risk.
Thank you for your questions. In your position I would ask the very same thing, I would hope most people would want to know the answers to these questions in order to make a more informed decision. 12% is high, I agree, but I feel it justified given my experience and time spent doing similar activities, albeit on a smaller scale.
Does that answer your questions?
If you or anyone else has anymore, please fill free to contact me.

I have a decent collection of BPO's and none of mine or what is on your list OR any other non-capital BPO's return 36% ROI per month for copying or researching and re-selling.
36% ROI doesn't seem right, your figures are wrong or you are smoking some good dope.
To eve have a chance for this IPO to work you will require an API audit, to even see if you own what you are claiming.
Why are you bothering with faction towers, unneccesary waste. You could just join a research alliance and do the work securely in high sec. No need for POS's, fuel or wardecs.
Either way,
1. It seems too good to be true 2. You have minimal rep for 21B 3. Numbers don't add up
I won't invest

36% sounds very tempting, but I don't really see how you can be getting returns that high.
Has an API audit been done to confirm that you have been doing this before, and making profits high enough to sustain that rate? -------- Billy Jean is not my lover |

Originally by: Clara Mismer What market are you selling your t2 items on?
You may have mis-read what i am doing, and i apologise because this maybe because of my unclear PDF.
I am not producing T2 items, that is what i have been doing for the last year. What i intend to do is Research and Copy BPOs. And then sell them for around 300-400 Million profit. Also setup two poses that will mine very good moons in order to keep your wallets liquidated and the corporated wallet liquidated so we don't run into any problems.

No, currently not. Reason being is that client's that wish to remain anonymous will be revealed. This will breach client trust between me and them, this could result in them pulling their fund out of this Bond.
This is all maths and figures. I have been researching this type of investment for the last couple of months, and while i am unable to produce a legal document that is actually understandable, i do know what i am doing.
As always i am open for mails and convos ingame if you need to talk.

Having funded a startup in our corp who wanted to get into the copying/research business I personally vouch that your 36% number is hogwash.
At best, you might return 10-15% on some limited prints. This is also assuming of course that you have the contract skills to handle multiple contracts, your corporation holds offices at sale locations for the best possible movement (copy sales are about volume), and that you even have the time to manage such a chain of towers (no small feat for a single person)
If its not a scam, its a poorly thought out and researched plan |

That is why you hire a respected third party that will agree to a non-disclosure. You don't have to worry about your investors becoming public knowledge. And if they invested in you in the first them place, i would assume that they want you to succeed.
I am intersted in investing but the 36% number seems a bit high....
