The character can be ready to transfer immediately, but 9 bil is just the starting bid. Thank you for starting it off though.

Since I seem to be having a lack of bidding going on, can anyone tell me what would make this character more enticing, so I can start her training on it?

hmmm. I think that with the implants and all the capital skill books, and freighter skill book, plugged into her already that should bring the price up a bit. But who knows, anyway, back up to the top.

No offense taken, but I obviously feel that this is what the character is worth so there you go. And yes you can bid annoynomously on the forums, but I will need to know the account that you want the character transfered too, however that can be done in eve-mails, or private convo's. If you have any other questions about the transfer system I would read the rules as stated by CCP in the stickied part of this forum. And once again alittle bump for the day.

Haha thanks for the comments guys, bumps are always nice. And yes I understand about the small things here and there that aren't trained yet. But at least the character already has the skill books plugged into her head. So its fairly obvious the skill training time is substantially less then with other characters, not to mention she can fly a much larger range of ships besides caps, and well at that. But yeah there are some skills that are currently under trained. Thank fully I am not in much of a hurry to sell, but when this 60 day GTC goes down, I probably won't resub this character for quiet awhile. Which means this character won't be transferred to anyone for quiet awhile. But thanks for the comments,  I just wish it was generating more bids from them.
