I suggest the implementation of a new , high-ranked training skill...
It should be like:
+1 at lvl 1 on all attributes +2 at lvl 2 on all attributes +3 at lvl 3 on all attributes +4 at lvl 4 on all attributes and finally +5 at lvl 5 on all attributes (should take ALOT to train, like BS 5)
Total of +15 at lvl 5...
I am suggesting this because i am one of those players that, when they started eve, they had absolutely no idea how the attributes work, and they put the bonus points in the lowest attribute they saw (in my case, charisma) and have now ended up with high charisma they don't need and low attributes for the PVP skills...
What do y'all think? I for one could surely use an extra of 15 points on all my attributes... |

Back when i started eve, the tutorial was shit, and the character creation process was poorly explained, so i made the mistake :(
And yes, LOL :) |

Originally by: shady trader This would mainly help the older players as new players would be forced to send more time learning learning skills
Yes, that is the idea...
New players don't need to train long-ass specialization and capital skills, so why not? |

Tim.
Gunnery, drones, mechanics, engineering ARE PVP skills :)
But think ahead, you will eventually want t2 large hybrids, t2 large drones, t2 resistances and tank, faster capacitor recharge, rigs... and i don't know if you did the math, but training those takes ALOT with the current attributes...
So yeah, my idea would help you alot too :) |

And what would we do without skills?
all players would be the same, noone would have benefits from learning something more than the other player, all the mods would have the same stats, no bonuses, everyone with more isk than brains would be flying in shit fitted battleships etc etc...
Eve would become an isk making ****fest without skills and all the PVP would go to hell, thus making the game pointless...
