What faction do you normally end up killing?
What faction do you get bonuses for if you get the 'important storylines'?
Interested in cranking some of their missions out to get some of those scan probe launchers but i dont want to mess up any standings i already have.

Gallente and Minmatar like them; Caldari and Amarr don't care for them, but don't dislike them all that much.
If you're in Pure Blind, you'll face mostly Guristas. I'm not sure if that's because Guristas are SoE's main enemy, or just because it's their territory. I never ran a SoE kill mission anywhere else.

The faction you run against depends on the area you are in. I had Serpentis to fight against at one agent and Guristas at another.

I hardly get any missions against any of the empires, kill missions are usually blood raiders and guristas.

I get anti-faction missions against the Amarr and Caldari empires, but most missions where I work are against Serpentis. If you complete a storyline, you get a bonus to SoE faction standing, with derived bonuses to Gallente and Minmatar.
PS - You could also just buy the scan probe launchers from me.

As long as people don't realize what they cost from the LP store.
