I've been flying my Typhoon through level 3's with ease, and I finally have the standings to do level 4's along with the money to fit my ship properly. But I searched the boards and all builds are for AC's. Personally I've always had better luck and tank by utilizing artillery. Any good builds out there designed towards a more long-range lvl 4 Phoon?

Very tough to fit 4 Arty's on a phoon and have a decent good tank.
This fit works with my skills. No doubt you would want to use the best your skills allow.
The Drone Link Augmenter gives a nice 20km additional reach to your drones. This can be important for the really tough rats that like to hang out beyond your normal drone range. And it makes good use of a slot that can't take another Arty unless you make major tank sacrifice for PG mod.

I love the phoon and use it for almost all my lvl 4s ( use Domi some too ). I have a 3% powergrid imlplant and the rest are Turret modifiers. I use this setup, its cheap and easy to replace if you decide you want to get crazy and pop a salvage looter. I turn the Hardener and Afterburner on when i hit area, kite to range and drop sentry drones.Turn off Burner turn on LAR II, Agro, and leave a nice line of wrecks for salvage. I keep 5 T2 Drones for anything that gets under the guns and sentries. If you get too many close, just boost away and start again.
