Training to use all medium Tech II weapons/ships.
I got Hac V, Commanship V, Tech II HML and autocannon/arties.
Caldari/Mini cruiser V
Still need Amarr/Gallente cruiser V, Pulse/Beam/Blaster/Railgun/HAM Tech II,
Then I'm going for Recons/Stealth bombers.
Then maybe one of these days I'll get around to training for Amarr BS's.
Well thats what i'll be doing for the next year or two.

My Amarr character finishes carrier 5 in 10 days, then its off to calibration 5 and thats it for carriers. . .Felix is 10 days from Caldari carrier 5. My Mini alt is training ASSC to 5 in preperation for Gallente carriers which I will take to 5. And thats it. . .just carrier skills for awhile before I start dread 5 for those 3 races. Should keep me buisy till around christmas time :)

Long term? Cross training for me, and while it is somewhat eccentric. I have never been a fan of capital ships and so, I decided to go with a more diverse character plan and with the added bonus that when CCP propose or makes a drastic change to the game, I will never be completely screwed unlike those that are 100% specialized..

Finishing up black ops right now(hopefully they'll be made useful soon, but I want them on general principles), then I'm going into a big batch of support skills for a month or so, all the things I've neglected while I trained up T2 ships - EWar, scanning, armour comp skills, and getting my whole gunnery tree up to minimum level 4. After that, command ships, maybe interdictors if I'm feeling completion-happy, and then I have to pick between adding a race or going capital. Probably depends on my financial situation at that point, whether I can afford a billion worth of skill books. We'll see.

Well, For the last 3-4 months I have been just training up my support skills, since they help pretty much any ship I fly. I did train a lot of gunnery and spaceship command skills before that so I need to lay off them for a while

but for now i can hang with working my way to paladins and command ships and Hic's once i got them done then its caldari ships i work on and shield tanking.

Currently im training all my engineering skills to lvl4 to sort my shields then weapons(missles mainly) before even consider moving onto fly a bs, is this a safe bet? should i increase my drone skills too?

I'm 13 hours away from flying a Hulk, then I'll finish off my science/manufacturing skills, then I'll probably finish off all the electronic and engineering skills I need, then probably train for a Charon and Midas (depending on when it gets released). I'll also be starting up some alts along similar training paths (though different emphasises to begin with).

I'm finising off missile support skills.
Then I'm off to all those wonderful t2 frigs and cruisers that use said missiles.
(got caldari frig and cruiser to 5 and the possibility to train almost any t2 ship that uses those)

Tech two drones and maxed out drones kills for my insane turtle Domi. Currently I am finishing off "Hull Upgrades 5" so I can turtle in missions. Then back to buffing drone speed.
And lets not forget the remaining learning skills that need to be finished.

Alt is a miner but, she is training up interdictors so that both characters are useful to any corp.

Gallente BS 5 (20 days left) then T2 Large Blasters (Navy mega ftw) then either max out the rest of my gunnery skills or go for a thanatos.
Oh and possibly HAC 5, got CS 5 and getting BS 5 so why not? :D

PVE isk making skills first:
All engineering to 4 (done)
All missile skills (cruise missiles) to 4. (9 days)
Caldari BS 4.
Then pvp skills.
All electronics to 4
Everything needed for a good manitcore.
Everything needed for a good falcon.
And hound. And kitsune.
If not overly nerfed, rapier.
Maybe interceptor/HIC skills.
Then back to pve, for Golem, and nightmare. Golem gets me torps & faster moneymaking, nightmare gets me laser skills, and even faster moneymaking.
Then command ships, all related leadership to 5. (mindlinks woo-woo) for Vulture. Also needs some hybrid skills then. (250 days or so, most likely to get cut)
Then Black Ops, if they've been buffed for covert cynos to work in jammed systems. Also covert cynos, to go with the above falcon. (I lied. This is more likely to get cut. These may be cool in concept, but ccp will add the fuel bay and nothing else.)
Then Revelation, for the rainbow. After all, this is capital ships online.
All told, should be 3-4 years worth, so subject to change.

First it was to max all missile skills. After that to get all races t2 large turrets with specs at 4 and support skills at 5. That finished yesterday so now it is to get all races frig/cruiser/bs to 5. Gonna take a while...

I seem to have the same goal as Akita T: all non-capital skills to at least level IV.
I'm doing it section by section (roughly) leaving the annoying ones such as Science, Industry and Mechanic (damn rigs) to the last.

/agree -- I'm also more or less doing a "section by section" bump to 4's. Of course I'm still a noob, so I'm still working up gunnery support skills. I've got my engineering done, mechanic is about 2 weeks, social's done, navigation's done.
But then of course I'll have to go back and get the "really useful" skills to 5, even in my "done" secions.
EVE Mon says about 9 months to "all 4's" with the occasional 5's in some of the more critical skills. And if I go "all out" then I'm looking at around 2 years. . . .

I want to work on an Amarr PvP Character. For my PvP Character i want to max out Armor Tanking, Speed, and Gunnery Skills. I want to get him into a Zealot, Devoter, Purifier, Malediction, Curse, and snipe with him in an Apoc. My long long long term goals for my Amarr PvP Character is to get him into a Revelation for 0.0 pwning. For my Main character my industrial character, I want to get him into Capital Ship Construction, and get him into all race invention with max invention skills and to build t2 ships.

If it's Amarrian I want to be able to fly it. Still got Interdictors, Guardian and Damnation left to go but about a week off. Then it's time to poor some serious time into drones, need those Heavy IIs for my 'geddon. After that, boost my gunnery, HAC 5, Leadership skills and then Mr Archon here I come.
I like to keep each character of mine as pure as possible.

my current skillplan (done at the end of the year) should make me a "nerf proof combat pilot" 
then I will have all races basic ships*) @ lvl5 + all tech2 equipment for all of them, and good backup skills (perfect gunnery + good missile and drone skills).
*) by basics ship, I mean all frigs, cruisers and battleships @ lvl5

Going for a Hurricane, but right now im fixing skills for Interceptors then Assault Ships (only post nerf plan i have) then im going for ECM drones and then for Thermodynamics then im ready for the Hurricane IMO, (since im loosing ships i dont want to fly such an expensive ship untill i can wreck havoc in it).

I just started playing again, so my short term goal is to get 4/3 on the non charisma learning skills.
When that is completed I'm going to go for T2 light and medium drones and Amarr Cruiser 4 with appropriate support skills so I can be a competent Arbitrator pilot which should keep me busy for the rest of the year.

recently finished gal cruiser 5 mostly for the ishtar but just now sorting out t2 blasters / railguns, so that'll be another 12 days or so to get all the specs at 4, then prop jamming 5 after thats done I'll be able to fly phobos / devoter / broadsword, then after that t2 heavy assault missiles for the ham drake, sac and damnation, I like the look of javelin hams, then caldari cruiser 5 for the basilisk mostly, prolly do logistics 5 after that. |

One char is pimping covops for the next 2 months then cyno5 then recon 5. (Oh having multiple cruiser 5's is nice right about now while i wait on long skills)
The other char is training Black Ops Jump Portal then into JF and Maxing ECM just in time for the nerf next year.

^^ sadly he's not joking.
Personaly im working on Large blaster spec 5 atm, then ill move on to medium blasterspec 5 before i do the same on autocannons. then i just need to complete amarr bs 5 and large/medium pulse spec 5.
hopefully t3 will be out before i have to start training up any more missile skills

Working on getting 360 skills, the most anyone has trained in the game. I currently have 291 skills but I was also created with "Genetic Engineering" and have all the remaining rare skills and lotsa iskies so it's possible.
Probably will reach that goal within a year, but CCP will likely release more skills by then.
