how will u fit 6 siege launchers and 2 bs sized guns on raven again? reminder: raven has only 9500 PG. with engineering 5 that makes 11875
Think he was talking about having cruise launchers on his raven, not siege launchers that are huge cap drains :E

Since the recent changes i've parked up the Tempest to re-evaluate the 'thron. With the tweaks to power grid and using named items i can now fit
7 425 rails
1 siege launcher
1 large shield
2 shield hardeners
1 sensor booster
2 tech2 damage mods
2 tech2 tracking enhancers
1 RCU 1
1 CP-pro 2
1 warp core stabiliser
Admittedly this is an all round set up rather thatn a tank and uses named modules, but i thought the idea was you couldn't max out guns etc on a bs without seriously compromising in other areas? Or am i missing something blatantly obvious?

You're fitting an RCU and a Co Processor in lowslots. Thus, you have gimped your defense abilities, there ya go.

I can't do anything about the RCU within this setup but should be able to lose the Co-pro when i get weapons upgrades to lvl 5. What should i be looking for to put in this "spare" low slot that is defense orientated rather than another offensive module?
Any advice gratefully recieved (as long as it is not anatomically ipmossible)

I use shield defence only and only for big battles (15 ships+) where defence isnt important , to maximize my dmg output.
For small battles/npc i always use armour defence.Armour tanking on a megathron is the way to go , really.
