Well i'm currently in an NPC corporation after my old player corp went offline and tbh i'm not too bothered by a lack of corp none the less would be nice to find myself a niche where i can play with others.
So what can i provide? Well read the list below and see for yourself:
-I can fly a hulk (and i occasionally like to mine) and use Tech II crystals for most low end ores, working on T1 crystals for the higher end ones
-I can fly an ity V and not far off flying transport ships (3h training), i have quite a bit of experience ferrying stuff through low security space.
-Combat wise i have easy acces to good fit effective pvp cruisers, i use a blasterax mainly, though could witch to a drone vexor, i have good skills for a BC too. I'm currently traning up T2 ship skills. I'm not adverse to a bit of pew pew infact i'd rather be in a corp that does some once in a while than one that ignores pvp completley! I have no real desire to be a total outlaw or pirate, i want to keep my sec status up, anti pirate activity particulary interests me.
-I'm currently into exploration, i fly a helios and i'm working on the relevant skills.
_I do mission run occasionally mostly for the FIO and i dont mind a good bit of group PVE action.
-I'm quite an active player and i'm willing to put a fair amount of time into group based activity though i do like to solo as well, should add a disclaimer that when i do get a job the amount of time i play may drop quite a bit.
What i am looking for:
-A small but quite active corporation, i prefer this as its usually a closer comunity, less political and more democratic.
-A corp with some pvp action (but nt completley pvp oriented), no carebearing for me.
-A corp with a good mix of experienced players to learn from and new guys to teach i enjoy doing both.
-mostly EU/UK timezone this is a must i've tried playing wtith corps out of my timezone it just doesnt work for me.
-Essence or near Essence based, i do some trading in this region and have a lot of assets here so would rather not move / not move far.
-i dont really want to go 0.0 but i dont mind venturing into low sec.
-Lastly somewhere that caters for my diverse taste in eve activities, i like doing a bit of most things, a corp that does exploration pvp and mining would be great as thes are my main areas of interest.
So if your a bunch offriendly guys (and gals) interested in taking me onboard and can cater for my not always pc sense of humour and intelectual streak by all means drop me a line =)
Oh and good corp banter is a MUST it gets lonley in space and its nice to have people to laugh with.

Sounds like you would fit right in.
We are industrial based but pvp quite a bit. (currently getting my sec status up from -2.91. Pod killed a pirate for the bounty lol) We mine maybe twice a week but we only ask for 2-3 hours at a time. Rest is free game to pvp or pve. Even just chill in Teamspeak.

I'm not here to lie, trick, or decieve you. I'm just here to tell you the facts! Then you decide what you like. I am NOT a salesman! I am jsut a CEO of a good corporation (in a worth-while alliance) that is trying to make the Corp even better.
In all honesty... I don't have any good reasons for you to join this corporation. However, I am looking for some loyal and expireneced players in eve to try to make this a great(er) corporation. The Corp has mainly been 70% Industry for the last 5 years and now is expanding its current capibilities into more corporate/alliance level PVP operations to obtain at least a 70% PVP rating!
Corps Short Term Goal:
To get 40-60 active members (not characters) in the corporation online at all times that are very active in Eve and willing to expand their own and other corporation members gameplay.
Corps Mid Term Goal:
Get the #1 spot locked-down by SKYNI on the Alliance Killboard!
Corps Long Term Goal:
Have every member flying a Rorqual, Dread, Carrier, and Freighter. The idea is to be able to opperate a 30+ man CAPITAL gang with support.
