Well, depends on the traffic i figured. In the morning and now late in the evening i can login after a few attempts (well, 10-15 attempts).
Once i'm in, it is stable.
But during high traffic times i cant get a stable connection, sometimes i get disconnected during startup, sometimes after the login screen.
I have litte hope left here.

It must be a problem with a Chello node. Because i have a 84.* IP address and i have absolutely no problem. I can connect immediately, no lags, no disconnects... nothing.
I can play with 3 Accounts at the same time. Chars are in diff. regions... no problem.
I think your chello nodes where you are connected is overloaded or faulty. What kind of Chelloaccount do you have? Chello student, classic, fun,...? Maybe it has something to do with that?

Well, its strange. If the node was affected i would have problems with alot of services (i'm a heavy user), but its just EVE. Everything else works fine, up to the maximum downloadrate of 16.000kbit/s (classic here).
Atm i could login the 1st time with 10sek waiting time. This evening i will test it again. We will see.

Maybe it's the Port. If the block the port or reduce the priority of the port which use EVE... Maybe Chello thinks we are all bad filesharer...  Some kind of quality of services...

Switched to UPC/Chello from another provider 2 days ago, getting disconnected on both accounts after like 5-10 Minutes since then.
IP in the 62.178.*.* range.
Never had any disconnects (well alomost) with my previous provider.
At least good to know I am not alone... will have to bug chello and CCP with that.

Well, for whatever reason, I'm currently logged into the game and it's looking very stable so far. This is the first time in 9 days that I haven't been immediately disconnected again.

Confirmed, connection looking stable.
Got a responde from Senior GM Xamother, who said, that TeliaSonera is the problem and he forwarded this to CCP network admins. Seems Telia fixed that limitation. Lets see, if its for a longer period...

Incredible but true, atm i can login just fine.
CCP should kick Telia in the butt for this, its close to sabotaging the game.

Same over here. I thought I might wait until this evening before i post. But I just got disconnected once at 20:09 last evening.
But still - the service of Chello just sucks...
