I'm getting really sick and tired of Rookie Help channel being under constant spam-assault from Isk sellers. I report and report and report until I've reached my reporting limit, yet they still keep coming.
It's ridiculous that there's a limit on how many Isk spammers I can report. No wonder they're thriving.
We need an efficient and effective way to deal with this problem. We can already right click on a players name with several options at our fingertips. Why not have a "Report player as Isk Spammer" option?
Makes it easy for us players to report and for ingame GMs to investigate and take the proper actions.

yeah, having to go and file a petition isn't a huge hassle but it is still annoying. just a simple button that automatially files a petition saying "I believe that smackyourheadagainstkeyboard is an Isk Seller"

As much as I hate to make a WoW plug here, World of Warcraft has this exact feature for reporting gold sellers.

its a fairly basic thing. it wouldbe simple enough to add the same feature for people who you think are macro miners.
just add a option under pilots saying "report EULA violation". when you click it it brings up a box with options of isk spammer, macro miner and any others. it just files an automatic mark on that persons name. when enough marks accumulate, a CCP admin takes a look at that person.

PvPers always say "GB2WoW". the message is that EVE is hard, and people just need to deal with it. wasn't it funny how when nano's started making it hard for *them*, that all went out the window? |

Yep, but it took Blizzard forever to implement ingame (after hundreds of thousands of complaints). In fact, it took them a very long time to take any real action against the spammers.
I like the feature they have now. It both reports the spammer in one action and puts them on ignore.

The advantage WoW had was the addons, since there have been custom anti-spammer addons that work very well for a long time.
EVE lacks that, so comparing time taken to fix isn't nearly as fair.
On the plus side, spamming affects far fewer players in EVE.
Also, if implimented, it should increase the priority of the petition as the number of reports about a player's message increases. It should NOT auto-kick/ban, since a large fleet could then kick members of an opposing fleet.

I would love it, but i would like to have it being able to "Report and block" 
So when you report it, it will be muted too \o/
