The time needed for this ship is well worth it if you want to be a hauling hero. The 27% ce's are expensive for it, but the ability to carry 8 giant cans and empty 1 and 1/4 jettisoned cans per trip saves a lot of hauling time.

With the new 15% tech II RCUs out, Badger mark IIs can use 10mn MWDs too now i think.
