So I notice both polycarbs and nanofibers (thought it was only going to be polys) have been changed to a mix of agility/velocity, which seems to mean that there will be no way to reduce mass anymore. Or am I missing something?
My main concern with this is BRs taking a significant hit, specifically the Prowler whose strong point is low mass / agility yet after this change will be worse off in that department than the others due to lack of lows (Crane has a default agility bonus so isn't an issue). Any ship without three low slots won't even be able to reach levels of agility that are attainable today with just inertial stabs.
On a similar note, low-friction nozzle joints recieved a 30% nerf to their agility bonus. What gives with that? Those rigs were not very good in the first place... so now that they might become useful, nerf time I guess?  But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started.

Maybe give blockade runners a agility and signature radius bonus instead of the never used tanking bonus?

True, I have yet to hear of anyone utilizing the tanking bonuses on the BRs. An agility bonus has been suggested... oh, I don't know how many times. I like yours too. But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started.

CCP needs to boost smart bombs on carriers, +5 km range per level, so that you can use smarties at 30 km+, and to 15km per level for motherships and titans.
this eliminates the need for speed tank, there will be carrier at every gate and it will take care of all nano ships.
and it will be very cool, pow pow and you will be loving it
