The events of last night might have weakened our collective wallet, but it has strengthened our spirit. We're wiser, hardened, as committed as ever, and certainly... angrier. As such, the pilots of the 17th and myself felt the old corporation should be put to rest. We've outgrown the 17Th Minmitar Tactical Wing and now we're going to shed the broken shell and seek a new beginning. As of 0520 today, that new beginning has a name.
Slavers and supporters: Change your ways, free our people, for we will show no mercy on the battlefield, and we will take the battlefield to your doorstep.
Unaligned: Choose your colors and raise them high so we might see them, we will show no pity for those caught in the crossfire.
Brothers in captivity: Do not despair. We've coming for you.
*camera zooms out*
We're the Valklear Guard, and we're here to stay.
*Suddenly lights switches on with the clank of inexpensive and simple lighting technology, revealing a group of pilots of diverse ethnicity and 3 large banners behind them: One with the insignia of the Minatar Republic, held about half a meter higher than the other two, to the left one with the corporation logo and to the right one with the Minmatar militia logo. After a few seconds the video feed closes and an automated message follows*

NRDS everywhere else.

That was old news since times of the 17Th Vikarion. If you're not a slaver or a supporter of the Amarrian militia, there is no reason why blue can't be granted, unless insulting first and not talking is somehow your diplomatic policy.

Excuse me, Mr. Bastian... I live within the Federation (Sing Laison region to be exact), and spend a bit of time in the Metropolis region, and have no quarrel with you directly; however, CONCORD has decided to mark me as red (flashing none-the-less) to everyone, including my fellow pilots. Does this mean you will have me set as KOS? I don't want any misunderstandings to be had.
Perhaps you can bring a small fleet of diplomats over, we would welcome your ships with open arms. *the double entendre of her final word is quite evident as she closes the channel*

Just to clarify, the Valklear Guard has the same ROE as the 17th did. We are a PVP militia corp, and our primary (indeed only) focus is faction war. We have strong rules against piracy and no desire to alienate our allies or potential allies. We will of course defend ourselves if attacked, and accidents will happen, but we will not attack outside of Amarr space without serious provocation. However, we cannot guarantee anyone's safety within amarr space.

You are free to express your own thoughts and opinions, and even call us names. However, if you wish to discover the reasoning behind our RoE and NBSI in Amarr space, feel free to stop by our public channel and I'll be happy to explain it to you.
Thank you again for all the support we have recieved so far. VlkG is already back on track and will be re-enlisted in the militia's as soon as CONCORD updates it's records and allows our entry.

Inara:We're not CONCORD. "Not Red, Don't Shoot" refers to our standings only and not their security rating. KoS for us are those set to -10. Join our public frequency for diplomatic contact, we're always glad to arrange blues with those that meet our criteria. I'm curious as why you're so flashy.

Aren't the Valklear that elite regiment formed by pulling the psychotic extreme out of Matari prisons and then throwing them into a "training" regime designed to kill them?

Has it ever occurred to you people that this kind of attitude is the reason that your fight for freedom goes on,...and on....and on.
If you perhaps didn't honk off so many potential allies by attacking them you might have more success.
But then I must remember that I am talking to a fanatic as much a slave to his cause as the Amarr are to their God.
