Hey all :)
As of late I've learned a little about DED spaces, complexes or whatever they're called.
I've been trying to find some detailed information about them but I have not yet succeeded. I'm hoping someone can answer these questions for me.
Some questions I have:
How hard is it, really ?
Until which x/10 Complex or DED space can you do SOLO if you have a good ship ?

well its 1/10 so its... easy If you kill overseer from range (he hurts a bit) you can do it in t1 frigate. I used bomber for fun.
You can solo up to 8/10 (thats what i did myself) or even 9/10 (guessing) if you know how to run them.

you can solo up to 8/10. most sites of 3/10 and above are found through exploration however so if you want to reguraly run it then i suggest picking that up :).

1/10 - Only Frigate class ships (frigates and elite frigates)
2/10 - Frigate and Destroyer class ships
3/10 - Frigate, Destroyer and Cruiser class ships
4/10 - Frigate, Destroyer, Cruiser and Battlecruiser class ships
5-10/10 - Frigate, Destroyer, Cruiser, Battlecruiser and Battleship class ships

Do you mean Exploration is a learned skill ?

There is no 'Exploration' skill you can learn directly (i.e. by picking up a skillbook). Instead it's a set of learned skills (Survey, Astrometrics, Signal Acquisition, Astrometric Triangulation, Astrometric Pinpointing, Salvaging, Hacking, Archaeology, Covert Ops, etc. etc.) which you can use in combination with certain scanning tactics. All of these combined form the exploration 'skill.' You can learn more about it here and on other sites.
