First off, its not my computer. Since the last patch, and the introduction of this new networking software (dont know if its the cause), but ever since randomely some nights everything will be fine, and other nights, its insane to the point where my computer is studdering. So I ask people in local if they are experiencing the same problem, and its a resounding yes. At the time, I was in a system of 12 people, and no where near Jita or similar large systems. So im asking if you guys have come across this problem.

Im not blasting the new patch or anything, but this problem only started happening after I patched. Can someone confirm my belief that the patch might be responsible for this newest lag that is happening? Thanks in advanced.

I think if they implemented an overpass system in the worst lag infested systems they would greatly decrease lag
some people just want to travel through jita on their travels, just like roads, an overpass greatly reduces congested traffic
but yes I have noticed a slight drop in performance, I think they need to iron out all the wrinkles of that patch, implementing such a patch is sure to create other problems

Been getting bad lag in empty systems in Fountain and wierd effects such as landing on gates 3 or 4 times after initiating warp to them.

Stuttering == client pc lag, this has nothing to do with the server. (well, it might in some rare cases since some of the rendering of the eve client is apparently handled server side...) However, landing on a gate 4 times, warp taking ages to engage or modules not responding or responding slow is server side lag. _

I'm thinking it has to do with any system that has a level 4 agent in it that is being hammered upon by Ravens and other battleships in system and adjacent systems, running their missions. ------------------------------------------- REALITY.DAT not found. Rebooting the universe. |

I used to play every night, didn't matter if there was 24000 or 34000 players, I could play perfectly with very minimal lag on the high end of the player base amount... and I was playing in some heavy L4 systems (not THE heaviest, but still 70-80 people in local).
Now? I can barely stand playing 3-4 days out of the week... some are worst than others, some are perfectly fine, and it's always the same for the whole corp (so not on my end).
Hell, my alt miner is in no mans land and takes 20+ seconds to lock on roids...
I'm beginning to think StacklessIO was just a big marketing ploy or something... it's made things a hell of a lot worst it seems... or it's one ugly coincidence.
Paying multiple account and not being to play them to my hearts content, is usually when I start cancelling accounts when it goes on for too long. I really don't want this to happen, but wasted money is... well, a waste.
