I dunno, but she never hides her blue bars when she moves/locks a thread. This means that I'll see a post in ships and modules and think "holy christ, some dev actually looks in here and comments on balance issues" only to see that no it's just applebabe moving crap around

I do remember her being introduced some time ago along with some other then-new mod. (Navigator? Can't remember.) Knowing my absent-mindedness about quantitive data, "some time ago" would actually mean "after the Big Bang, but before last week".
