You know about high slots... n ow lets see mediums: you need to get into LSB range => mwd your prey should not warp out => scrambler your prey should not be able to move out SB range => web you need cap to run those stupid bombs => cap booster with 800's As you cans see you dont need to be a genious find your meds Now since seems clear you should armour tank the question is: Active or passive ? the answer is could be found considering how much cap do you pretend to have once you activate 8x large stupid bombs? I suppose the answer is "not much" so even here there is not much to think about ... you should go with a passive armour tank.
