Tbh mate, its not as if your suddenly being rendered useless. All it means is that having maxed sp in nav will be less potent. And we might find less people using mwd and maybe afterburners might find a use somewhere. Now if they went and removed the vagas bonus to velocity, now that wouldnt make sense.

No I didn't. Four accounts, I rotate, one-two is running long stuff (well no choice really with Misanth, most his stuff is long) while the other run shorter.
I'm considering to cancel the 4th account tho, that might affect what I train with the 3rd account.

People have trained things and had them nerfed since time began. That's just how it goes. You're not the first, you're not going to be the last.
If your playstyle gets nerfed, well.. tough shit, really. You can either stick with it anyway, train something else or quit. For a long, long time, Amarr were considered the worst race in the entire game, but people still stuck with them; now they're considered one of the best!

Given that I love roaming gang fights, I'd actually planned to get T2 Minmatar hacs/recons next (I currently have Caldari ones). I canceled that plan soon as I tested the changes. Instead I'm staying with Caldari and might start training T2 lasers and switch to Amarr.

Originally by: Vim Hmm, let see. I started training matar because I liked the fast ships(and piratey looks!!!), this was before the nanoage and I just liked them. tempest <3 etc I then sidetracked into caldari for some mission/easy rating skills *cough* I then focused heavily in gallente because I realy liked what Xonja did to me with her rix... or wait, thats realy didnt like... or maybe hm...
And then lately I've been fixing my amarr skills because I realized lasers was pretty awesome and ehm I wanted something new. I can now fly the hac, recon, cs/fcs, logistics of three races. And I'll probably get caldari to when I finish of all my by god inspired skills.
Go ahead and try to nerf me now CCP!
I guess you haven't heard? A new wormhole was discovered, connecting EVE space with a new race. This race uses teleportation instead of warp drives, and microteleportation instead of microwarpdrives. For weapons, they use molecular disruptors. In addition to shields and armor, they can teleport your ammo somewhere else mid-trajectory (doesn't work well against lasers, fortunately). In EWAR, they have the ability to remotely "hack" into the weapons and drive systems of a ship and make it their "pet."
CCP, in a bid to garner more account income, have overpowered the new race so a lot of us will start new accounts to train up the characters.

I started amarr in the middle of 04 because they sounded cool. Then they got nerfed and sucked pretty hard for a long time. Didn't matter too much to me because amarr really are cool and i still haven't bothered to train any other race.
Bottom line, fotm doesn't matter - its a game. Have fun and fly what you think is cool (amarr btw)
