There has been footage of Jovian frigates, cruisers, and even battleships. Now what would a Jovian Titan look like, and what would its no-doubt devastating capabilities entail?
Here are some starting specs that I think would be befitting of such a grand vessel (feel free to suggest differently):
-8 Hi, 8 Medium, and 8 Low slots. -Capacity for 8 turrets or 8 missile bays. -3,000 CPU and 2,000,000 Powergrid capacity. -200,000 m3 of Drone Bay capacity and 625 Mbit/sec of Drone Bandwidth. -8 Rig slots. -5000 Calibration points. -1,000,000 Shield HP, 750,000 Armor HP, and 500,000 Structure HP. Shield Recharge time is 30,000 seconds. -90% shield and armor resistance to all damage types. -500,000 units of Capacitor capacity with a recharge time of 1000 seconds. -300 km targeting range and 300 mm Scan Resolution. -Up to 16 different locked targets and 400 Sensor strength across all four types of sensors (Ladar, Radar, Gravimetric, and Magnometric). -20000 km Signature Radius. -100,000 m3 cargo hold space, plus 200,000 m3 Corporate Hangar space and 10,000,000 m3 Ship Maintenance Bay space. Also, 100 clone Clone Bay capacity. -95% Capacitor capacity required for Jump Drive activation, consuming 1,000 Hydrogen Isotopes, with a range of 10 LY. Jump Drive activation cost is 5,000 units of capacity. -Sub-warp velocity tops out at 200 m/s, with an align time of 30 seconds and a warp speed of 5 AU/s. -Total ship mass weighs in at 2,523,000,000 kg, with a volume of 200,000,000 m3 (10,000,000 m3 packaged). Inertia Modifier is .7 -Total cost in ISK: WHOA-HO-HOOOOOOOOOH, NELLY!!
And the Jovian Doomsday weapon:
"Enlightenment" Volume: 8,000 m3 Mass: 100 kg Activation Cost: 25,000 units of capacity Tech Level: 1 Consumption Quantity: 15,000 Consumption Type: Hydrogen, Helium, Nitrogen, and Oxygen Isotopes (Yes, that means 15,000 units EACH) CPU Usage: 10,000 tf Powergrid Usage: 100,000 MW Damage: 50,000 of ALL damage types (EM, Thermal, Kinetic, and Explosive) Activation Time/Duration: 15 sec. Reactivation Delay: 86,400 sec. (24 hours) Jump Delay Duration: 600 sec.
I believe I covered everything. I'm completely baffled as to how to describe the ship's actual appearance, so share your ideas. If you're artistically gifted, sketch your ideas.

A little weak for a Jovian ship imo (no sarcasm intended).

Well, I thought it might've been, given that a single Jovian ship was able to decimate the entire Amarrian Navy at one point, but these were just inspiration specs. If you have a better idea, share it.

it took that ship HOURS to decimate the amarr fleet so it wasn't THAT powerful, just net superior. plus they didn't have nano ****ers then

And it was a capital, not a titan.
And it didn't decimate the whole fleet.
It simply took out a battleship with an alpha strike, we have that

I smell 8xcccII and 8xpduII with 4x XXXL shield boosters running perma... Arguably my opinions represent to an extent the opinions of my alliance and in particular circumstances give rise to a valid "casus belli" claim. |

Oh yeah? How's that workin' out for ya? Maybe you've realized how problematic conquering the Jovian fleet (as it were) is given the fact that there are absolutely no routes into or out of Jovian space, or that the aforementioned fleet tore through a baker's dozen of battleships with ease?
Back on topic now, people.

- 1 HP in shield, armor, and hull - 0% resistances - Hardcoded Godmode - 0 highs, 0 mids, 0 lows - 0 turrets, 0 missiles - GM hacks loaded into the 24 activation slots - 10,000 m/s top speed - Infinite agility - Randomly spawns hostile Jovian ships every time an aggression timer is activated - All gates and stations in the same system lockdown - All non-fleet ships in the same system are warp scrammed - It's flown by TomB or someone of equivalent shenanigans
Jovian titan wouldn't need drones, turrets, missiles, or a doomsday device because it'd have the GM hacks installed. It would need extensive testing for the "transmogrify" power so that frigates, cruisers, battleships, dreds, etc are transformed into appropriate livestock such as chickens, cows, pigs, and emus.
Most importantly, it should look like a giant, frozen cat turd.

(not talking about my corp here) As for the battle it wasnÆt with ease, the battle took many hours with lots of deaths and destoyed ship on the Jove side. The Jove only won in the end due to superior battle tactics from intel telling them what the Ammar where going to do. If it wasnt for haveing the intel and battleplans, who knows the Jove might even have lost that battle. ____ Telltale sign of their presence is non-linear teleportation (www.eve-online.com/races/theodicy/Theodicy_All.pdf)

I like how it's bigger than a terrestrial planet.
It would be incredible if you actually registered missed shots as well. Just imagine this exchange on the bridge of the dreadnaught in question:
1st Officer: "Sir, it appears we have missed with a volley from our twin 1000mm railguns". Captain: "How do you miss something the size of a planet when we're on a low orbit?" 1st Officer: "It appears the gun crew is drunk and sometimes fires the battery opposite the Jovian Titan." Captain: *sighs* "Bring me a scotch - the whole bottle. And start shooting people in the gunnery compartment - I'll let you know when to stop."

Originally by: Pottsey EDIT: Thinking about it I would say the Jove performance in that battle was very poor considering there tech and Intel advantage they had.
Considering their battleship-swatting deathrays, I'd say the Jovians purposefully made themselves appear weaker to make the Amarr commanders overconfident. They're all suffering the Jovian disease anyway, why not sacrifice part of their own fleet to get the upper hand?
