Precisely, despite the "Burn Jita" campain initially was announced as "High orders from the King of Space to mark his coronation" by Lyris Nairn, and then changed to revenge with the deposition of said King of Space.
However; I'm still wondering what the Goons' end-game objectives are. How will they profit from it. Any suggestions?
